2. Embed the following perfect gems into it: 1 diamond, 1 ruby, 1 emerald, 1 sapphire, 4 amethyst

3. Manifest the item: c manifest stick "crom's pointy stick"

Max on the ingredient stick doesn't affect the max of the resulting item. Referring to my max 104 head on a stick that ended in a m122 pointy stick.
