Racial Frost Strike

Frost Giants can harness their elemental nature to focus a concentrated beam of coldness into an enemy. Typing 'racial froststrike' with no target attacks a mob you are already in combat with.
In addition to causing damage, this attack can also slow an opponent down, reducing their ability to perform multiple attacks per round. Froststrike grows in power as a Frost Giant becomes more experienced.
This racial is EXHAUSTED for a short time when used.
