Unenchanted, this item should be 5 point improvement over an unenchanted Legacy Of King Vorin, assuming best base AC is used, which effectively makes it identical (though the Legacy is lighter, but of poorer quality). A well enchanted Legacy, or even Bronze Snake Armbands could end up better.

To get this piece of gear one must explore the Hamlet of Kreigstadt. Certain watchman who patrol the area are equipped with the bracer. Ulrich may be used as a portal point, and one can simply head north to begin their search. The Robber Baron, who is portable and aggie, also carries a steel bracer.
